Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering on or using the dropservice.in platform. By creating an account or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dropservice.in platform ("Platform"), you ("Member" or "Agent") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not register or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DropService Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register on the Platform.
  • You must be a resident of India and possess a valid Indian mobile number and bank account.
  • By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • The Platform is intended for individual agents/resellers only. Corporate entities must contact us separately.

3. Registration & One-Time Fee

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹4,999 (inclusive of all taxes) is required to activate your agent account. This fee grants you:

  • Lifetime access to the agent dashboard and all current service offerings.
  • Access to training materials, videos, and onboarding resources.
  • An official DropService Authorization Certificate.
  • Eligibility to earn commissions and participate in the affiliate programme.

The registration fee is processed via Cashfree Payments and is subject to their payment terms. Once your account is activated and you have accessed the dashboard or training materials, the fee is strictly non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Wallet & Funds

  • Minimum Balance: A minimum wallet balance of ₹1,000 must be maintained at all times. This amount is non-withdrawable and serves as a security deposit against chargebacks and disputes.
  • Adding Funds: Wallet top-ups are processed via Cashfree Payments. Funds are credited to your wallet only after successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway.
  • No Withdrawals: Wallet balances (including affiliate/referral earnings) cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. All wallet funds may only be used to purchase services on the Platform.
  • Expiry: Wallet funds do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
  • Disputed Transactions: In the event of a disputed or fraudulent transaction, the Company reserves the right to freeze the relevant wallet balance pending investigation.

5. Payments & Payment Gateway

All monetary transactions on the Platform are processed by Cashfree Payments, a third-party payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). By making any payment on the Platform, you also agree to Cashfree's terms of service and privacy policy.

  • The Company does not store your full card details or bank account credentials. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Cashfree.
  • Transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of payment.
  • Payments are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax law. GST invoices are available on request.
  • Failed transactions: If a payment fails after funds are debited from your bank, please contact us at support@dropservice.in within 48 hours. Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Commissions & Affiliate Programme

  • Members earn a 15% commission on every wallet top-up made by their direct referrals (downline members).
  • Commission is credited to your wallet automatically upon successful payment confirmation by the payment gateway.
  • Commissions are non-withdrawable and can only be used to purchase services on the Platform.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' prior notice to active members.
  • Commissions earned through fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or any manipulation of the referral system will be forfeited and may result in account suspension.
  • Multi-level commission structures, if introduced in the future, will be governed by a separate addendum to these Terms.

7. Service Orders

  • Orders are placed by deducting the service amount from your wallet balance. Ensure sufficient balance before placing an order.
  • Order details (client name, requirements, deliverables) must be accurate. The Company is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the agent.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative. The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but does not guarantee delivery within a specific period due to factors beyond its control.
  • Once an order is placed and work has commenced, cancellations are subject to the Refund Policy.

8. Agent Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

  • You must not misrepresent the services, pricing, or capabilities of the Platform to your clients.
  • You are solely responsible for your relationship with your clients. The Company is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.
  • You must not use the Platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion, or financing of prohibited activities.
  • You must not engage in spam, unsolicited marketing, or any activity that damages the reputation of dropservice.in.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform.
  • You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

The Company may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • Your wallet balance falls below the ₹1,000 minimum for more than 7 consecutive days.
  • You violate any provision of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected on your account.
  • You initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team.
  • You are found to be operating multiple accounts.

Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance above ₹1,000 may be refunded at the Company's discretion after deducting any outstanding dues. The ₹1,000 minimum balance is non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, training materials, service descriptions, and software, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific level of income or earnings from using the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you as the one-time registration fee (₹4,999). The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active members via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
